Telehealth veterinary visits are allowed in all states. Telehealth veterinarians serve as experienced advisors who can make recommendations to clients remotely. They do not give diagnosis or prescribe medications. Telemedicine, which is a different service, can be limited by state. |

An adopter wants to purchase Rainwalk now that they are home with their pet. What do I tell them? |

Pets insured at the time of adoption are 40% less likely to be returned. If an adopter inquires about insurance after leaving the shelter, they can visit Rainwalk’s website: https://rainwalkpetinsurance.com/. |

An adopter purchased Rainwalk insurance and wants to cancel. What do I tell them? |

They can cancel their policy by either emailing help@rainwalk.io, calling Rainwalk at 1-844-520-0041, or visiting Rainwalk’s website, https://rainwalkpetinsurance.com/. There is no fee for canceling. If the adopter cancels within the first month without submitting any claims, their first month’s premium will be refunded in full. |
