There are two intake report options and two outcome report options for Custom Events Reports and they differ depending on whether you are reporting on subtypes set to "Yes" or "No" for counting towards reporting numbers. 

Intake = Includes intakes processed with subtypes configured as "Yes"

Outcome = Includes outcomes processed with subtypes configured as "Yes"

Intake events not counted towards live intake numbers = Includes intakes processed with subtypes configured as "no"

Outcome events not counted towards live intake numbers = Includes outcomes processed with subtypes configured as "no"

If you need to report on ALL intakes or outcomes regardless of subtype configuration you'll need to run both reports for intakes, and/or both reports for outcomes then combine the results once you have exported your data to Excel.

Configuration > Intake & Outcome > Intake Subtypes
