When marking a Field & Community Services case or activity as complete you will be prompted to choose a resolution. 

We've provided many resolution types to choose from for both cases and activities which can be further configured as available options for your team by toggling each type on/off as needed by clicking on the eye icon next to each one:

The following Case Resolutions are available:

  • Abatement issued
  • Animal control notified
  • Arrest
  • Cancelled by caller
  • Cancelled by dispatcher
  • Cancelled by officer
  • Citation
  • Compliance
  • Dead on arrival
  • Educated Owner
  • Home quarantine initiated
  • Impound
  • Increased patrols
  • Left notice
  • Left voicemail
  • No violation observed
  • Notice mailed/emailed
  • Paperwork mailed/emailed
  • Referral
  • Released for rehabilitation
  • Released in field
  • Returned to home
  • Shelter quarantine initiated
  • Surrendered
  • Transport completed
  • Trap set
  • Unable to catch
  • Unable to locate
