How can I add a new transfer point of contact?

You can add a new transfer point of contact from the profile tab on the partner page for the partner you need to add a contact for. 

The main transfer point of contact will be pulled in from our master shelter list, and will be visible in all user accounts. If an additional contact is added, that contact will only be visible on the Partner Page > Profile Tab for the person who added the contact. ​

If you do need a list of contacts across all partners and all users, you can run the Partner Contact Information report that is available from the Partner tab in Analysis & Reports.
