Surgeries on an animal record display as either Scheduled (blue), Overdue (red), or Complete (gray), and surgeries in all three statuses can be edited or deleted.

Please note: Deleted surgeries can still be viewed by selecting Show deleted surgeries at the bottom of this tab.

Options for "Scheduled" or "Overdue" Surgeries

In the menu in the top right corner of the surgery card, you will find options to Edit, Reschedule, Complete, or Delete a Scheduled or Overdue surgery.

If you select Edit, you will be able to make changes on the form below.

Options for "Complete" Surgeries

In the menu in the top right corner of the surgery card, you will only see an option to Edit a Complete surgery; in edit mode, you will also have the option to Delete the surgery.

After a surgery has been edited, a Show Edits option will also be available, and a new timestamp will be added to the bottom right corner. This timestamp will reflect the most recent time that the surgery was edited.

Auditability

Clicking on Show Edits will give you a detailed history of each field that was changed, including the timestamp and the user it was edited by.
