You can now schedule custom reports to be auto-emailed! This powerful new tool means you no longer have to run, export, and email out reports manually.
In the Analysis & Reports module, you will now see a new tab called Automated Reports. Click the green "Add New Automation" button to get started!
- Saved Report
- Select a saved custom report from this dropdown
- Description
- A brief summary of this automation to be displayed on the main screen, e.g. "Daily accounting - 9pm"
- Reply-to
- The email address that responses from the recipient(s) should be sent to
- Recipient(s)
- One or more email addresses that the report will be sent to - be sure to click the "Add" button after each one
- Subject
- A custom subject line for the email
- Note: We will automatically add the date range of the report to the end of the subject line
- Message (optional)
- A custom message to your recipient(s)
- Report Coverage
- Current Day - the same day that the report is run
- Last 1 Day - the day before the report is run (does not include the current day)
- Last 3 Days - the 3 days before the report is run (does not include the current day)
- Last 7 Days - the 7 days before the report is run (does not include the current day)
- Last 30 Days - the 30 days before the report is run (does not include the current day)
- Last Month - the entire previous month (for example, if it's run anytime in November, it will cover October 1-31)
- Email Frequency
- Daily - everyday including weekends
- Weekly - select specific days of the week, e.g. M-F
- Monthly - select a specific day of the month
- Note: Day 31 will always run on the last day of each month, even in months with fewer than 31 days

- Time
- The report will be triggered to run at the selected time
- Note: Automated reports use a global queue across all Shelterluv users; when there are a lot of reports scheduled to run at the same time, there may be a slight delay before it reaches your recipient(s).
