The Shelterluv support team is made up of shelter operations experts who understand and care about the work you do. Our team’s working hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm PST and we aim to respond to each inquiry within 1-2 business days.
Our commitment to delivering you our highest level of support is one we take seriously. And although we do not respond to all inquiries immediately, our team is constantly monitoring new inquiries after business hours and on weekends for issues affecting core system functionality so we can jump in to help when you need us most.
We don't offer phone support because we truly believe it wouldn't be possible to provide the same effective help over the phone. Click here for more information.
