If you need to prioritize Procedures and Surgeries within your tasks list, you can utilize the surgery memo field when scheduling a surgery on an animal record to indicate specific information. For example you can create or use an existing ranking system by priority levels as shown below.

The tasks list can then be sorted by clicking on the column header of this field (or any other field) which can help you easily see and manage your surgeries by priority level.
