The Donations Taken report only includes donations entered into the system generated pop up windows that capture donations during a transaction (in the adoption checkout flow, for example). Any non-adoption shopping cart items, even if they are named as donations and coded as donations in the fund, item type, etc., will not appear in the Donations Taken Quick Report.

The Fund Summary Quick Report and Custom Accounting Reports include all transaction items, so any non-adoption shopping cart items which represent donations will be reported there as well as the donations entered into the system generated pop up windows that capture donations.
