Shelterluv doesn't have a specific template for creating a tax deductible receipts, but you can add any text you'd like to the footer of your receipt to indicate a tax deductible purchase.

You can edit your receipt footer in Configuration > Shopping Cart > Edit Receipt Footer. 

The text entered on the receipt footer will display on all receipts, but receipts will be itemized so it is easy to distinguish which portions of your purchase are tax deductible, and which are not.
