At the moment, applications cannot be moved once they're in Accepted, Denied, or Archived; we do plan to make this possible in the future to make the application manager more flexible! For now, you can create the person's record manually - and save their application as a PDF to attach to their record or have them submit another application. It would be good to ensure your entire team is aware that it's best to wait until you are sure that a person is not going to adopt before archiving them.
