It's very important to configure your intake and outcome forms before your staff and volunteers start using them because, by customizing them to fit your exact data needs, you'll be able to save your team's time with every single intake and outcome they process.
You can configure your forms in Configuration > Intake and Outcome > Intake Forms / Outcome Forms
Go through each intake and outcome form that your organization plans to use. Take your time and think about each individual data field.
- First decide if the data field is something you need to track at all. If not, hide it.
- For the fields you do want to use, then you can decide if the field should always be required for all cases.
- You can also click and drag to reorder the fields on the form to mirror your current intake process.
