Why can't I text some adoptions to the adopter's phone?

You will not see a texting option when you choose cash or check as the payment type. Only credit card transactions can be texted to the adopter's phone because our mobile checkout feature was built around Stax's platform. (Stax is our integrated credit card processor.)

When an adopter pays by cash or check, they can still sign the contract digitally, but it will be done on the same device that your team is using to process the transaction.
