In Stripe, you can export all transaction details to Excel; the Payment and Balance report would be the best reports to use:

If you also use Stripe for transactions other than Shelterluv, you can filter out Shelterluv transactions by looking for the metadata columns where they are identified as source: Shelterluv.

Please note that when reporting from Stripe, the default timezone is UTC. There is a time zone option that you can select after you export reports.
