You can process a refund for a purchase from the Purchases tab on the person's record.
Once you select "Refund," you'll be taken to the Refund page. From there, select the item you'd like to refund at the top, then enter the amount you'd like to refund.
Refunds for transactions processed through Stripe will refund to the original card that was used in the transaction. The card is not needed to process the refund and refunds cannot be issued to a different card.
NOTE: Partial refunds are not allowed in Shelterluv at this time.
After clicking the green "Refund" button, you'll be asked to enter the cash drawer at which the refund was processed (if your shelter or rescue has the cash drawer pop-up enabled in their checkout configuration).
After you confirm the refund amount, the refund will be complete.
