How can an animal be placed back in our custody after an adoption?

We often hear about this common scenario where an adoption is finalized but the animal is not ready to go home yet because they have not been spayed or neutered, or has other outstanding medical issues.

To put these animals back in your custody until they are ready for pick-up, simply use a service intake. You can even create dedicated status and service intake/outcome subtypes for these types of cases.
