These two subtypes are only applicable if you are part of a coalition in your geographical area. One example of a coalition is NKLA in Los Angeles.

If you are not part of a coalition, then you can replace these subtypes with others that make sense for reporting purposes, or just delete them altogether and make sure your corresponding intake/outcome forms do not have the subtype field configured as required.
