Documents are delivered to your adopters and other customers from email@example.com. There are two common reasons why they may not have received the documents you sent at the end of the transaction:
- There is a typo in the email address: Please double-check the email address you have for the adopter in your system. As a best practice, it's good to have them confirm it on your document delivery pop-up screen before sending them.
- The email was caught in their spam filter: Please ask them to check their spam folders and also search firstname.lastname@example.org to find the email we delivered.
