Shelterluv allows you to easily add new payment methods or update the credit card or ACH details you already have on file that are billed each month for your software fees.
Click your Username > Configuration > Onboarding and Billing to get started.
What user permissions do I need for general configurations?
- Configure my shelter and its users
Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.
Update Existing Billing Details
Follow these steps to update your Shelterluv billing details:
Click your Username > Configuration > Onboarding and Billing > Initial Financial Setup, and click the Manage Payment Details button.
Click the Manage Payment Details button.
- Click on your primary payment method and then click the Edit Payment Method button.
Update your credit card or ACH details as needed, and then click the green Update button.
Add a New or Secondary Payment Method
Follow these steps to add a new or secondary payment method for Shelterluv's billing. Secondary payment methods will automatically be charged only if your primary payment method fails.
Click your Username > Configuration > Onboarding and Billing > Initial Financial Setup, and click the Manage Payment Details button.
Click the Manage Payment Details button.
Click the Add New button, enter your card or ACH details, and click the green Add button.
