Shelterluv makes it easy to automate any of your saved custom reports so you can receive them in your email inbox on a regularly scheduled basis.

Click your Username > Analysis & Reports > Automated Reports to get started.

Saved Reports

You can automate any custom report once you save it. You can learn how to save a custom report by clicking here.

It is important to note that quick reports cannot be automated.

Automate a Saved Report

Once you have the needed report saved, you are ready to automate it. From the Quick Reports > Automated Reports tab, click the green Add Automation button, and fill out the Add Automated Report form.

Below, you can find what each field is used for:

1. Saved Report - Use this to choose the saved report you want to automate.
2. Description - This will be visible to all users who have access to the Automated Reports tab. Write a brief description outlining what the automated report is used for to make it clear to the rest of your team.
3. Recipient(s) - List each email address that should receive this automated report. There is no limit to the number of email addresses you can add.
4. Reply-To Email - The email address you enter here will receive replies from any recipient who replies to the original automated report email.
5. Subject - Enter the email subject for the automated email that your recipients will receive.
6. Message - Use this to add email body text for the automated report email if needed.
7. Report Coverage - Choose the date range the automated report should run for each time. Your options are: Current Day, Last 1 Day, Last 3 Days, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last Month.
8. Email Frequency - Use this to determine how often the report should be ran. Your options are: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
9. Time - Use this to determine the time of day the report should be emailed.
10. Disclaimer - You must agree to the disclaimer that states you are not sharing private personal data with outside people or companies.

Once you submit the form, all recipients will receive the automated report on the regularly scheduled date and time.

Automate Report Email Example

Here is what the email will look like in your inbox. Note that all automated reports will be sent from the yourfriends@shelterluv.com email address.
