Shelterluv's custom reports give you the ability to build robust, detailed reports that fit your needs. Once you have a report built the way you like, you can save that report, so you never have to go through the build process again.

Saved custom reports can also be automated, and saved Custom Entities Animals reports can be used for custom iframes.

Click your Username > Analysis & Reports > Custom Reports to get started.

Save a Custom Report

Any Custom Events or Entities report can be saved. The example below uses a Custom Entities Animals report, but you can follow the same steps with any custom report you might be building.

Follow these steps to save a custom report:

1. Once you've built the custom report that you'd like to save, click the Save Custom Report button.
2. In the Save Custom Report form, give the saved report a clear name and description. At the bottom, choose whether this report should be visible to only you, or all users with reporting permissions.
3. When you're done, click the green Save Custom Report button.

Once your report is saved, you can view it under the Quick Reports > My Saved Reports tab:

Edit a Saved Report

You can edit a saved report's name, description, or visibility setting by clicking the three dots on the right of the report and choosing Edit from the dropdown menu.

You can edit a report's parameters (rules, custom columns, etc.) by clicking the Run Report button to right of the saved report. This will open a new tab with report's current rules and custom columns.

From here, you can make the needed adjustments and resave it using the Save Custom Report button again.
