Submitting an Application
Your applicants will see the following when submitting one of your Shelterluv applications:

The first screen will display all of Shelterluv's default application questions.

Once they complete Shelterluv's default questions, they will be presented with the custom applications that you configured.
Note
If your applicant is submitting an owner surrender application or a custom application that has the Collect Animal Information setting on, they will be prompted to provide animal details as well. -

Application Received Email
If you have your Application Received email templates turned on in your Application Email Templates configurations, your applicants will receive an automatic email once they submit an application as shown above.
This email will be sent from yourfriends@shelterluv.com. Here is an example of what that Application Received email will look like:
Application Accepted Email
If you opt to email your applicants when you accept their application, your applicants will receive the Application Accepted email template that you have configured in your Application Email Templates configurations.
This email will be sent from yourfriends@shelterluv.com. Here is an example of what that Application Accepted email will look like:
Application Denied Email
If you opt to email your applicants when you deny their application, your applicants will receive the Application Denied email template that you have configured in your Application Email Templates configurations.
