Currently, foster agreements or contracts are tied directly to your foster applications. The agreement can be configured in your foster application configurations.

Click your Username > Configuration > Applications > Application Builder to get started.

Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.

Create Your Foster Agreement

Once you've navigated to the Application Builder in configurations, follow these steps to create your foster agreement:

1. Choose the appropriate foster application from the Application Type dropdown menu.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the foster application, and click into the Foster Application Disclaimer (all species) field to edit/add your foster agreement.
3. Enter your agreement and click the green checkmark to save.

View Signed Foster Agreements

Once an applicant has submitted a foster application, you can view the application and signed consent to the agreement from their person record or in the Application Manager

• Navigate to the person record's Applications tab to view the submitted foster application and review the signed foster agreement.
