Shelterluv makes it easy to process a transfer outcome to your partners. It is important to keep in mind that transfer outcomes can only be completed with a partner and cannot be done with a person record.
To get started, click the Partners tab on your main dashboard.

You can process a transfer outcome to a partner from the main Partners tab or the partner's profile. Click each tab below to view both options.

Follow these steps to complete a transfer outcome from the main Partners tab:
- On your main dashboard, click the Partners tab.
- Click the three dots on the far right of the partner you need to outcome an animal to and choose New Transfer Out from the dropdown menu.
- Check the box next to each animal you need to transfer out and click the green Complete Transfer button.
- Complete your configured transfer outcome form. If you are transferring out more than one animal, you will have the option at the top of the form to apply what you enter to every animal or complete an outcome individually for each record.

Follow these steps to complete a transfer outcome from a partner's profile:
- On your main dashboard, click the Partners tab and then click the appropriate partner's name.
- Click the Transfer Out subtab followed by the green New Transfer Out button.
- Check the box next to each animal you need to transfer out and click the green Complete Transfer button.
- Complete your configured transfer outcome form. If you are transferring out more than one animal, you will have the option at the top of the form to apply what you enter to every animal or complete an outcome individually for each record.
Transfer Outcome Documents
On the transfer outcome form, you will have the option to email your partner the animal's documents. This email will include the following documents from the animal record:
- Complete medical history
- Treatment sheet
- Spay/neuter certificate
- Rabies certificate
