Please keep in mind that it is very important to check that you've configured your subtypes and causes of death before you process the outcome. This ensures your data is accurate for future reporting.
Process the Outcome
Once you are the animal record, follow these steps to process an unassisted death in custody outcome:
- From the animal record, click the
Medical tab.
- Click the Outcome as Deceased button and choose Unassisted Death in Custody from the dropdown menu.
- Fill out the Unassisted Death in Custody outcome form and click the green Complete Outcome button.
