You can set a cash refund threshold for large refunds in your Shelterluv account. This will help prevent users from issuing a cash refund over the configured amount and instead prompt them to receive approval from a manager/finance department and issue a check.
Click your Username > Configuration > Transactions > Refund Threshold to get started.

Configure Cash Refund Threshold
Follow these steps to configure your cash refund threshold:
- From the Refund Threshold configuration section, click the underlined dollar amount.
- Add the desired threshold dollar amount and click the green
checkmark button to save.
