Shelterluv gives you the option to set a default tax rate for all items in your account. As you create new adoption price groups and non-adoption items, the tax rate you add here will be pre-populated into the tax field but can be changed for each group/item.

Changing the default tax rate will not update the tax rate for existing adoption price groups or non-adoption items.

Configure Tax Rate
Follow these steps to configure your default tax rate for all new adoption price groups and non-adoption items:
- Click on the underlined percentage from the Taxes configuration section (it will be set to 0% by default).
- Add the desired rate and click the green
checkmark button to save.
