You can configure as many adoption hold price groups as you need in Shelterluv for each of your species. Your price groups can be configured to a default department and fund/GL code for quick and accurate transaction reporting.
Click your Username > Configuration > Transactions > Adoption Hold Price Groups to get started.

How to Add a New Adoption Hold Price Group
Follow these steps to add a new adoption hold price group:
- From the Adoption Hold Price Groups configuration section, click the green
Add Price Group button.
- Fill out the Add Adoption Hold Price Group Form and click the green Add Group button.
Form Fields:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Group Name | This is the price group name that your users will see. |
| Group Price | This is the price your adopters will see on your listings and in their checkout. |
| Department and Fund/GL Code | While optional, we strongly recommend setting a default department and fund/GL code for the price group to help with accurate and detailed transaction reporting. |
How to Edit or Delete an Adoption Hold Price Group

- From the Adoption Hold Price Groups configuration section, click the
three dots on the right side of the price group you want to edit.
- Choose

- Edit the price group as needed and then click the green Save button.
