Shelterluv allows you to create an adoption email template for each species you have configured in your account. The email you configure here is the email your new adopter will receive when you finalize an adoption outcome and send them their important documents.
Click your Username > Configuration > Digital Adoption Packets and Email Templates > Email Templates to get started.

Configure Your Templates
Follow these steps to configure an adoption email template:
- From the Email Templates configuration section, click the species you want to configure an email for.
- From here, you can edit the email subject and the reply-to email address by clicking directly on them. To edit the email message, click the
pencil icon on the right.
