How to Upload a New File
Follow these steps to upload a new file to a person record:
- From the person record, click the Files tab and then the green Add Attachment button.
- Drag and drop your file to upload it, or click the browse option to select a file from your computer.
- Click the green Upload button to save the file to the person's record.
The maximum file size is 100MB. The following file types are supported: txt, pdf, doc, docx, png, jpeg, gif, & csv.
How to Print or Email Files
Follow these steps to print or email files from a person record:
- From the person record, click the Files tab.
- Check the box(es) next to each file that you want to print or email.
- Click either the Print Selected or Email Selected buttons to print or email the selected files.
