Field & Community Services Reporting Overview

Shelterluv's Field Services module offers a robust suite of reporting options to give you all the data your organization needs.

From the Field Services module, click your Username > Reporting to get started.

What user permissions do I need to access Field Services reporting?

  • Field & Community Services access (Shelterluv user permission to access the module)
  • Can view reporting

Available Reports


Each of the reports listed below can be exported in .csv, .json, .xls, or .xlsx format by clicking the red Download Details Report button in the top-right corner or the white Download Priority Summary button in the bottom-left corner.

The detailed report will include details for each case, activity, or metric that is included in the report you are running.

Click into any of the sections below to view that specific report's details.

  • The Current Activity View report will display all of your current new and open activities. The summary report includes the following columns. The detailed report will include additional columns.

    1. Activity Type
    2. Activity Subtype
    3. Number of priority 1 activities
    4. Number of priority 2 activities
    5. Number of priority 3 activities
    6. Number of priority 4 activities
    7. Number of priority 5 activities
    8. Total new and open activities for that activity type and subtype

  • The Activities Created report will display all activities that were created within the selected date range. The summary report includes the following columns. The detailed report will include additional columns.

    1. Activity Type
    2. Activity Subtype
    3. Number of priority 1 activities
    4. Number of priority 2 activities
    5. Number of priority 3 activities
    6. Number of priority 4 activities
    7. Number of priority 5 activities
    8. Total created activities for that activity type and subtype

  • The Resolved Activities report will display all resolved activities within the selected date range. You can view the amount of time spent on each activity along with the open and close date by downloading the detailed report using the red button in the top-right corner. The summary report includes the following columns. The detailed report will include additional columns.

    1. Activity Type
    2. Activity Subtype
    3. Number of priority 1 activities
    4. Number of priority 2 activities
    5. Number of priority 3 activities
    6. Number of priority 4 activities
    7. Number of priority 5 activities
    8. Total resolved activities for that activity type and subtype

  • The Current Case View report will display all of your current new, and open cases. The summary report includes the following columns. The detailed report will include additional columns.

    1. Case Type
    2. Case Subtype
    3. Number of priority 1 cases
    4. Number of priority 2 cases
    5. Number of priority 3 cases
    6. Number of priority 4 cases
    7. Number of priority 5 cases
    8. Total new and open cases for that case type and subtype

    3. One column for each different resolution added within the date range.
    4. Total resolved cases for that case type and subtype

  • The Case Status View will display cases that were both opened AND completed, or closed, in the selected date range. The summary report includes the following columns. The detailed report will include additional columns.

    1. Case Type
    2. Case Subtype
    3. Number of priority 1 cases
    4. Number of priority 2 cases
    5. Number of priority 3 cases
    6. Number of priority 4 cases
    7. Number of priority 5 cases
    8. Total new and open and completed cases, or closed, for that case type and subtype

  • The Metrics report will give you metrics in the selected date range (based on the Incident Date of the activity or case). This report does not have a summary, so you will need to download it using the red Download Detailed Report button in the top-right corner.

  • The Metrics Summary report will display cases or activities with metrics in the selected date range (based on the Incident Date of the activity or case). The summary report includes the following columns. The detailed report will include additional columns.

    1. Activity/Case Type
    2. Activity/Case Subtype
    3. One row for each unique metric added within the date range
    4. Total metrics for that activity/case type and subtype
