Edit Multiple is a powerful tool that allows you to add to or edit multiple animal records at the same time.

Go to your main Shelterluv animal dashboard to get started.

What user permissions do I need to use Edit Multiple?

• Add medical data to animal records
• Create & edit animal records

Note
Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.

Using the Edit Multiple Tool

Follow these steps to use the Edit Multiple tool:

1. On the main animal dashboard, check the boxes on the left side of each animal that you would like to edit.
2. Click the  Edit Multiple button on the right of the dashboard.
3. In the Edit Multiple form, choose one of the available options, such as Edit Location or Schedule Test.
4. Fill out the form for the option you chose and click the green button at the bottom to save.

Once you save, each animal will be updated based on what you added or edited using the tool.

Note
If you select different species, some options in the Edit Multiple form will not be available because they are species-specific.

Available Options in the Edit Multiple Tool

You can edit or add to the animals you select on the main dashboard in the following ways:

1. Location (must select only one species)
2. Status
3. Attributes (must select only one species)
4. Memos
5. Schedule or complete treatments
6. Schedule or complete vaccines
7. Schedule or complete procedures/surgeries
8. Schedule or complete diagnostic tests
9. Schedule or complete vet and tech exams
10. Complete custom medical forms
