Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.

How to Schedule a Diagnostic Test

Follow these steps to schedule a diagnostic test:

1. From the animal record, click the Medical > Diagnostic Tests tab.
2. Click the Schedule Test button.
3. Fill out the form and click the green Schedule Test button.

After you schedule or complete a diagnostic test, you will see it highlighted in blue (scheduled) or grey (complete) under the Medical > Diagnostic Tests tab. Select the arrow on the right-hand side to view the test's details.

How to Complete a Diagnostic Test

The process of completing a scheduled or new diagnostic test varies slightly. Click the tabs below to navigate to each user flow.

• Follow these steps to complete a scheduled diagnostic test:

  • From the animal record, click the Medical > Diagnostic Tests tab.

  • Click the three dots  on the right-hand side of the scheduled diagnostic test and choose Complete from the dropdown menu.

  • Fill out the form and click the green Complete Test button.

  

• Follow these steps to complete a new diagnostic test:

  • Click the Medical > Diagnostic Tests tab, followed by the Complete Test button.

  • Fill out the form and click the green Complete Test button.

  

How to Edit or Delete a Diagnostic Test

• Follow these steps to edit a diagnostic test:

  • Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the diagnostic test and choose Edit from the dropdown menu.

  • Make your adjustments and click the green Update Test button to save your changes.

  

• Follow these steps to delete a diagnostic test:

  • Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the diagnostic test and choose Delete from the dropdown menu.

  • Read the warning and click the red Delete button.

  

  You can view deleted diagnostic tests from the Show Deleted Diagnostic Tests button. 

  

  Warning
  You cannot restore diagnostic tests that you delete.
