You can view an animal record's complete weight history along with percent changes over time from the animal record's Medical tab.

What user permissions do I need to view and edit an animal's weight?

• Add medical data to animal records
• Create & edit animal records

Note
Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.

How to View an Animal's Weight History

On the animal's record, click the Medical tab. At the bottom of this tab, you will see the Weight History section. A new row will appear each time the animal's weight is adjusted by clicking the Add Weight button or editing the weight on the Profile tab.

How to Update an Animal's Weight

• Follow these steps to update an animal's weight from the Profile tab:

  • From the animal record's Profile tab, click the underlined Weight field.

  • Fill out the Add New Weight form and click the green Save button.

    

• Follow these steps to update a weight from the animal's Medical tab:

  • From the animal record, click the Medical tab:

  • Click the Add Weight button.

  • Fill out the Add New Weight form and click the green Save button.

    

How to Edit or Delete a Weight

• Follow these steps to edit a weight in the animal's weight history:

  • From the animal record, click the Medical tab.

  • In the Weight History section, click directly on the underlined date or weight.

  • Make your adjustments and click the green checkmark button to save your changes.

  

• Follow these steps to delete a weight entry in the animal's weight history:

  • From the animal record, click the Medical tab:

  • Click the trashcan on the right-hand side of the weight entry.

  • Read the warning and click the red Delete button.
