Shelterluv allows you to configure as many procedures/surgeries as necessary to fulfill your organization's requirements (Spay, Neuter, and Dental, for example).
Combining the stored text feature (more on that below) with a custom medical form will speed up data entry and save you time, so you can spend less time in the software and more time with animals that need your help.

Click your Username > Configuration > Medical > Procedures/Surgeries to get started.
What user permissions do I need to configure my procedures/surgeries?

Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.

How to Create a New Procedure/Surgery
Follow these steps to create a new procedure/surgery:
- From the Procedures/Surgeries configuration section, click the Add Procedure/Surgery button.
- Enter the procedure/surgery's name and click the green checkmark button.
- After you save the surgery name, you can add the stored text for the procedure and then click the green checkmark button to save the stored text.
The stored text you configure will automatically populate in the form when you apply a procedure/surgery and can be edited before it is saved.

Follow these steps to edit a procedure/surgery:

Click directly on the surgery name or stored text.

Make your adjustments and click the green checkmark button to save your changes.

Follow these steps to delete a procedure/surgery:

Click the trashcan on the right-hand side of the procedure/surgery.

Read the warning and click the red Delete button.

You cannot recover procedures/surgeries that you delete. -
