How to Configure Your Quick Fill Templates

Shelterluv is designed to save you time. One of the ways we do this is through Quick Fill Templates. You can use Quick Fill Templates to rapidly fill out forms for treatments, physical exams, and vaccines.

You can create as many Quick Fill Templates as you need to help staff enter medical data more efficiently and accurately. Incorporating templates you create with your custom medical forms to boost your data entry efficiency even more!

Go to your Username > Configuration > Medical and choose either the Treatments/Preventatives, Physical Exams, or the Vaccines configuration section.

What do I need to configure before I create a Quick Fill Template?

Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.

How to Configure a Quick Fill Template

Note
Creating a new Quick Fill Template for a treatment, vaccine, or physical exam is identical. This article will focus on creating a template for a treatment, but you can apply the same steps to any of the medical sections mentioned above.

 

Follow these steps to create a new Quick Fill Template:

  1. From the Quick Fill Templates section under Treatments/Preventatives, click the green outline-add-circle.svg Add Quick Fill Template button.
  2. Fill out the Add Quick Fill Template Form as needed and click the green Save button to create the form.

We recommend giving the template a clear, defined name so your team knows exactly what the template is and when to use it.

How to Edit or Delete a Quick Fill Template

  • Follow these steps to edit a Quick Fill Template:

      • Click the three dots more-overflow.svg on the right-hand side of the Quick Fill Template and choose edit.svg Edit from the dropdown menu.

      • Edit the template as needed and click the green Save button to save your changes.

  • Follow these steps to delete a Quick Fill Template:

      • Click the three dots more-overflow.svg on the right-hand side of the Quick Fill Template and choose outline-trash-delete.svg Delete from the dropdown menu.

      • Read the warning and click the red Delete button to delete the Quick Fill Template.
