Shelterluv allows you to configure as many diagnoses as you need that your organization would like to track and evaluate on a population level.

Click your Username > Configuration > Medical > Diagnoses to get started.

Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.

How to Configure a New Diagnosis

To configure a new diagnosis, follow these steps:

1. From the Diagnoses configuration section, click the Add Diagnosis button.
2. Enter the diagnosis name and click the green checkmark button to save.
3. [Optional] Add stored text to the newly created diagnosis. The stored text that you configure will automatically populate into the form when you apply a diagnosis and can be edited before it is saved.

How to Edit or Delete a Configured Diagnosis

• To edit a diagnosis, follow these steps:

  • Click directly on the diagnosis's underlined name or the stored text.

  • Make your adjustments and click the green checkmark button to save your changes.

  

• To delete a configured diagnosis, follow these steps:

  • Click the trashcan  on the right-hand side of the appropriate diagnosis.

  • Read the warning and click the red Delete button to delete the diagnosis from your account.
