Shelterluv allows you to add as many clinics, veterinarians, and surgeons to your account as you need. You also have the option to add a license number and a digital signature for both veterinarians and surgeons.
Click your Username > Configuration > Medical > Clinics and Veterinarians to get started.
What user permissions do I need to edit my medical configurations?

Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.

Clinics
Your clinic information will appear on your spay/neuter surgery certificates, rabies certificates, and prescription labels.
You can select the different tabs below to navigate!

Follow these steps to add a new clinic:

From the Clinics and Veterinarians configuration section, click the Add Clinic button at the bottom of the Clinics subsection.

Fill out the Add Clinic form and click the green Save button to add the new clinic.
To mark a clinic as default, click the three dots
and choose Set as Default Clinic from the dropdown menu. A yellow Default badge will appear next to the clinic's name, indicating that it is your default clinic.

Follow these steps to edit a clinic:

Click the three dots
on the right-hand side of the clinic's name and choose
Edit from the dropdown menu.

Make your adjustments and click the green Save button to save your changes.

Follow these steps to delete a clinic:

Click the three dots
on the right-hand side of the clinic's name and choose
Delete from the dropdown menu.

Read the warning and click the red Delete button. Deleting the configured clinic will not impact historical data but will remove the clinic as an option moving forward.
Warning
You cannot recover clinics that you delete. -
Veterinarians and Surgeons
Use your configured veterinarians when scheduling and completing diagnostic tests, treatments, and rabies vaccinations. Use your configured surgeons when scheduling and completing a procedure/surgery.
The process to configure a new veterinarian or surgeon is identical. The steps below will walk you through how to add a veterinarian but can be applied to add a surgeon in the same way.
Follow these steps to add a new veterinarian:
- From the Clinics and Veterinarians configuration section, click the
Add Veterinarian button at the bottom of the Veterinarians subsection.
- Enter the name and click the green checkmark
button.
- [Optional] Add the veterinarian's digital signature and license number.

Follow these steps to edit a veterinarian's name, signature, or license number:
- Click directly on the underlined name, signature, or license number.
- Make your adjustments and click the green checkmark
button to save your changes.
Follow these steps to delete a veterinarian:
- Click the trashcan
on the right-hand side of the veterinarian.
- Read the warning and click the red Delete button. Deleting the configured veterinarian will not impact historical data but will remove the veterinarian as an option moving forward.
