You can use diagnoses to record existing conditions for an animal, such as a UTI, anxiety, or resource guarding.
Before you start, ensuring you have the correct user permissions and diagnoses configured is essential.

What do I need to configure before adding a diagnosis?
Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.

How to Add a Diagnosis
Follow these steps to add a diagnosis:

From the animal record, select the Medical > Diagnoses tab.

Click the green Add Diagnosis button and add the diagnosis date, diagnosis, notes, and who gave the diagnosis.

Click the green Add Diagnosis button.
To view the details of the diagnosis, select the arrow on the right-hand side of the diagnosis.
How to Resolve a Diagnosis
Follow these steps to resolve a diagnosis:

On the Diagnoses tab, click the three dots on the right-hand side of the yellow, active diagnosis, and choose Resolve from the dropdown menu.

Add the resolution date, notes, and who resolved the diagnosis.

Click the green Resolve Diagnosis button.
You will now see the resolved diagnosis highlighted in grey. You will also see the original diagnosis date and the resolution date.
A resolved diagnosis cannot be changed back to active.
How to Edit or Delete a Diagnosis

To edit an active or resolved diagnosis, follow these steps:

Click the three dots on the right-hand of the diagnosis and choose Edit.

Make your adjustments to the Edit Diagnosis Form and click the green Update Diagnosis button to save your changes.

To delete an active or resolved diagnosis, follow these steps:

Click the three dots on the right-hand of the diagnosis and choose Delete.

Read the warning and click the red Delete button.
You can view any deleted diagnoses from the Show Deleted Diagnoses button.
