Field & Community Services Reporting

 

Users with the Can view reporting permission (within the Field & Community Services module module) will be able to access this page by clicking on their name in the top right corner of the screen and selecting Reporting:

Available Reports

Report Name

Report Description

Current Activity View

Current new and open activities

Activities Created

Activities created in the selected date range

Resolved Activities

Closed activities and time spent on each, in the selected date range

Current Case View

Current new and open cases

Resolved Cases

Completed and closed cases and time spent on each, in the selected date range

Case Status View

Cases that were both opened AND completed or closed, in the selected date range

Cases Created

Cases created in the selected date range

Metrics

Metrics in the selected date range (based on Incident Date of the activity or case) - Excel export only

Metrics Summary

Metrics in the selected date range (based on Incident Date of the activity or case) - summary table with activity/case types as rows and metric types as columns

 

After selecting the report you would like to view, one or more summary tables will be displayed (if available). You may adjust the date range on all reports except Current Activity View and Current Case View.

Exporting Data

  • The red Download Detailed Report button allows you to download the raw report data in .csv, .json, .xls, or .xlsx format
  • The white Download Summary button allows you to download the table on the screen in  .csv, .json, .xls, or .xlsx format
