This article will provide an overview of Activities & Cases and how they may be used. You can quickly jump to each section by clicking on the links to the right-hand side.
What's the difference between an Activity and a Case?
Activities and Cases are flexible. They can be used separately or in conjunction with one another. It's helpful to think of Activities as individual, smaller tasks that may or may not be associated with a larger Case or program.
Since the Field & Community Services module was built to support a variety of organizations and services including Animal Control, Community Cat TNR Programs, Pet Food Pantries, and more, we've included the ability to customize which case or activity types or subtypes you may want to use.
