We have provided many resolution types to choose from for both cases and activities. You can toggle a resolution on/off using the eye on the right-hand side. This helps streamline your process by only showing the resolutions that pertain to your organization.

- Field & Community Services access (Shelterluv user permission to access the module)
- Can edit configuration (Field Services module user permission)
