How to Configure Your Field Services Resolutions

When marking a Field & Community Services case or activity as complete, you will be prompted to choose a resolution.

We have provided many resolution types to choose from for both cases and activities. You can toggle a resolution on/off using the eye show.svg on the right-hand side. This helps streamline your process by only showing the resolutions that pertain to your organization.
