How to Configure the My Organization Section

The My Organization configuration section contains five parts:

  1. General
  2. Main Campus (you will see more campuses listed underneath the main campus if you have more than one physical location)
  3. Administrative Point of Contact
  4. Transfer Point of Contact
  5. Shelterpay Points of Contact

This article will explain each part and how to complete the setup to meet your organization's needs.

Click your username > Configuration > My Organization to get started.

What user permissions do I need for general configurations?

Note
Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.

General


This section is where you can edit your organization's name, time zone, and logo. The logo that you upload here will be displayed on your kennel cards and applications.

Main Campus


In the Main Campus section, you can add your organization's address and contact information.

Administrative Point of Contact


The Administrative Point of Contact section will ask for name and contact information. The email address you enter here will be the Reply-to email address for certain system-generated emails, including:

  • The document delivery checkout email (Important documents including adoption Contract, Receipt, etc.)
  • Any emails sent from an Animal or Person Record profile (system-generated documents and attachments)
  • Foster emails (invitations to access the foster profile, foster email pleas, etc.)

Transfer Point of Contact


The Transfer Point of Contact populates the owner information on the following documents:

  • Complete Medical History 
  • Treatment Sheet History
  • Memos
  • Spay/Neuter Certificate
  • Vaccines
  • Rabies Vaccination Certificate

Microchip registrations will use the transfer point of contact's email address and phone number when an animal is first intake.

Shelterpay Points of Contact


The email addresses you add to this section will receive email notifications each time a Shelterpay transaction is successful or fails, along with emails for every payout your organization receives.

You can add as many emails as you need.
