Shelterluv allows you to create digital adoption packets that can be emailed to your adopters once their adoption is complete. This is a great place to include materials for microchip registry information, behavior/training tips, local vet clinics, etc.

How to Add a New Document
From the Digital Adoption Packets configuration section, click the Add Document button to open the Add Document form.
Let's look at how each field in the Add Document modal affects your digital adoption packet.
The document title that your staff will see in the document delivery pop-up (shown below), along with your adopters in the email they receive and their Adopterluv account. |
The default setting is all animal types, but if the document pertains to a specific species, you can configure that here so it is only included with those species-specific adoptions. |
Like animal types, you can set your document to only be included for specific age groups. An example of this would be a document specifically for puppy training. |
The category helps organize your documents on the document delivery pop-up. In addition to this, the category also determines where these documents will display in your adopter's Adopterluv account. |
The maximum file size is 10MB. The following file types are supported: txt, pdf, doc, docx, png, jpeg, gif, and csv.
