Shelterluv knows that the length of an adoption hold can vary significantly from organization to organization. This is why we give you complete control over how long your adoption holds last, in addition to being able to remove the expiration altogether.
Click your Username > Configuration > Adoption Holds to get started.
What user permissions do I need to configure the adoption hold expiration?

Configuration is only accessible through a desktop or laptop. You cannot access the Configuration section on a mobile device.
Overview
Once you select the Adoption Holds configuration section, you can toggle the expiration timer on or off.
If you toggle the expiration timer on, you can input how many hours an adoption hold can last in your Shelterluv account. The maximum number of hours for the expiration timer is 999.
Toggling the adoption hold timer off will allow users to keep an animal record in an adoption hold indefinitely.
