How to Upload a New File


Follow these steps to upload a new file to an animal record:

  1. From the animal record, click the Files tab and then the green outline-add-circle.svg Add Attachment button.
  2. Drag and drop your file to upload it, or click the browse option to select a file from your computer.
  3. Click the green Upload button to save the file to the animal's record.

The maximum file size is 100MB. The following file types are supported: txt, pdf, doc, docx, png, jpeg, gif, & csv.

How to Print or Email Files From an Animal's Record


Follow these steps to print or email files from an animal record:

  1. From the animal record, click the Files tab.
  2. Check the box(es) next to each file that you want to print or email.
  3. Click either the Print Selected or Email Selected buttons to print or email the selected files.
