Shelterluv's search bar offers you the flexibility to find anything you need in one place. You can search by an animal or person's name, microchip number, email address, or even by a foster parent, just to name a few.
Search Overview
You will always find your main search bar in the menu at the top of your screen, regardless of which page you navigate to in your Shelterluv account.
Additionally, you will have a secondary search bar on your main animals and people dashboards to search through your in-custody animals or person records quickly.

Main search
Here you can search people and animal records at the same time.

Animal-only search
You can search through your in-custody animal population and foster parents to see the animals in their care.

Person-only search
Here you can search through the person records in your account.
Advanced Search
You can perform an advanced search in any of the three search bars listed above. To do this, select the Filters button.
Once selected, you will see many options to help narrow your search to find what you are looking for. There are a set of filters for animal records and another set for person records. Those are listed below.

You can quickly remove your existing filters by selecting the Clear All button in the bottom left-hand corner of the filter form.
