Request Your API Key
Maddie's Pet Assistant is built on Shelterluv's API, which almost instantly updates when your account updates an animal record in Shelterluv.
To get started, you need an API key. To request an API key, please submit this form. Once the form is submitted, Shelterluv's support team will reach out when the key is generated.
Email the API Key to Maddie's Pet Assistant and Start the Integration
Now that you have your API key from Shelterluv's support team, you can email the key directly to Maddie's Pet Assistant by visiting their support form linked here. They will set up the integration on their end and confirm with you when it is done and when the integration is live. There is no other action needed on your end after emailing them the API key.
The Maddie's Pet Assistant integration is built by their team and is not managed by Shelterluv. We only provide access to your data via our API with your authorization. Since Maddie's Pet Assistant built and manages the integration, you need to address any issues you may experience with them.
