You can quickly and easily upload any documents you would like to an animal or person record by opening the record and clicking the paper clip icon on the right side. 

Doing so will open the Attachments list. There you'll see an option in blue text, "Add Attachment." Clicking will trigger a pop-up where you can choose the file and initiate the upload. Each uploaded document will be saved in the Attachments list for easy access anytime.

Allowed file types include: 

1. txt
2. jpg
3. png
4. pdf
5. doc
6. docx
7. jpeg
