Animals can be marked as lost or stolen via the Record Management page. Select the animal from the Intake tab, and then click the gray "Mark Lost / Stolen" button on the top right corner of the table.

If the animal is later found or recovered, the Lost / Stolen outcome can be deleted from the Outcome tab to put the animal back in your custody. Alternatively, if you want to retain the event history on the animal's record please contact support so we can provide you an intake form. 

NOTE: Only users with the "Edit and Delete Inventories, Intakes, Outcomes, Transactions, and Licenses" permission will have access to the Record Management page to make this type of update.
